Scope of work

Each engagement covers the specific service agreed in writing. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. Filings are prepared on the basis of what you supply.

Fees

Service fees are confirmed before work starts. Government, regulator and third-party fees are separate and payable to the relevant body.

Outcomes and timelines

FILERWISE prepares and submits applications correctly and follows them up. Decisions, approvals and processing times are determined by the relevant authority and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
